What does the purchase experience look like?
STEP 1: After you place your order, you will receive receipt email & Text confirmation
STEP 2: A representative will reach out within 24hrs. shipping is usually 5-7 days or under. in times of higher volume please allow up to 7-12 days to complete your shipping process.
STEP 3: One of our team members will be reaching out to you with updates of your order in real time. for example:
- Confirmation of freight being picked up from our warehouse
- Pictures of your order being prepared for shipping
- Pictures of bill of lading with your info
- Notification when your order is being picked up S
- Tracking number a.k.a pro number
Delivery
- Once your order has reached your closest freight terminal, The freight company will reach out to the contact information you have provided to set an appointment to deliver your order on a date/time.
- Freight company will not deliver package unannounced.
- Shipping is Curbside delivery , freight companies are unable to offer Inside Delivery. when freight companies reach out to set an appointment, take this opportunity to explain or ask for a special delivery instruction request.
